My name is Beverly Mount-Douds and I am the President of the Gulf County Genealogical Society in Port St. Joe, Fla. I am the author of three historical books, they are, "Lighthouse Keepers" (2004),"Gulf County"(2007), and "Apalachicola"(2009). I am also the Lighthouse Keeper at the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, just outside of Port St. Joe.
I'm usually known as the "Lighthouse Lady" or to my grandchildren as "Beach Granny".
