Where do I start? I am now on a Mediterranean diet and love it! But I still love wonderful salads, creamy puddings and custard, Chinese cuisine, wonderful whole grain breads made with nuts and fruits, oatmeal in the morning with a fat free creamer and skim milk, toss in a few dried blueberries. Love fish and oven fried chicken too...and veggies from my brothers' gardens!

I have retired from bookkeeping, and I have a banking secretarial/receptionist background. I lived in the country and on a farm when growing up (the good life)and started my art work in my 30's and still am working at it. I love to work in my flowers and photography. I spend too much time on my computer but so many of my friends live in it so I have to! :) I love to create images from scratch in PSP and create Layouts for NOTH. And last but not least, I love creating and sharing PSP tutorials for my own site where I host them for free along with tons of tubes, etc.

Gardening and Tai Chi, sunshine, photography, gentle music and sounds of frogs and crickets. The sound of gentle rain and the fresh smell afterwards. And sheets dried on a clothesline!
