I have not been to the movies for a long time,so I really do not have many favorites. I do like the musicals of the 50's.

I used to love to read, but since I have lost the sight in one eye, I do not read very much anymore, just the larger print books. I love some of the mystery books by James Patterson.

All shades of blue are probably my first pick of colors, reds being next. Browns and earth tones are the last of my choices. I espically like colors that are full of life.

I like almost any foods but I LOVE pecan pie.

This past year has brought a lot of new changes. I have made new friends that are fantastic.
I was raised on a farm in Central Illinois. I married and raised 3 boys.I owned a Fabric shop for 15 years, sold and repaired sewing machines along with selling fabric.. I also taught most of the classes we had to offer.Sewing, Quilting, and Smockingto name a few. I dearly loved it, I could not compete with the discount store when it came to town, so I had to close. Then for 15 years, I transported special needs childen to a large college town-- about 30 miles away-- for special schooling.

I like being with people. Everyone has a different outlook on everything. I can learn somethng from everyone. I enjoy my home. I love music and I love to travel.

There is not too much that I do not like.
|
|
Cooking, sewing and piecing quilt blocks are favorites. Being out in the travel trailer (camping or traveling,) is another one.
