I love the classics. Todays movies I enjoy a good action flick, sci fi and a some comedy. There are very few real hollwood stars today.
TV I raely watch reality has taken over and I DO NOT LIKE IT! I do watch Law & Ordeer all of them, Fringe, Medium, some Oprah , Doctor Oz and I enjoy dancing with the stars.

Let's see my favorite food.......ANYTHING! Well with a few exceptions, I absolutely do not like peanut butter, everything about it is nasty. And I have issues with eggplant. But for the most part food and I get along far to well. Oh and sea food, I do like haddock and salmon, but the rest no not for me. I never met a piece of chocolate I didn't like :)

My given name is Sharon, but I have been called Chier since forever. (Pronounced Cher as in Sunny & Cher) I am 61 years young, soon to be 62. I have severe arthritis and limited mobility but I get around just fine to do what I need to do. I can't stand for long periods due to Osteoarthritis, but you learn to cope and work around it. I am far to short 4 ft 10 in, I am shinking only in hieght.Why not where it counts ? I have been happily married for 38 years.We have one amazing son,Leslie, and countless other children all Leslie's friends once they come by, they adopt us and we them.

I love life!! I like happy caring people. I love animals.I love gardening, but now that I am no longer able to I do container gardening on my deck. I love hummingbirds there are many here in the country. My husband and I recently moved to the country. The hummingbirds are only here in the spring trough summer and until early fall. but is just fine by me, I at least have some!! I do not like the cold, and real hot humid weather is hard on me. I love the rain and enjoy a good thunder storm. I love to cook, but don't do near as much as I once did. I love antiques (husband), I love pretty glass and I collect Christmas nutcrackers. I love to travel. I love entertaining that to is limited now but we still have small gatherings.And above all I love my family and friends.

Time to update this when I first joined I wasn't sure how much to put in here because my dislikes are many. As I first stated I do not like people who lie or say hurtful things about others. I hate cruelty of any kind especiall to children or animals. I do not and never will go to the circus. Animals are not put on this earth to bend to our will for our entertainment! The world now frightens me. I could go into detail but I think most of you know what I meen.

My hobbies are not many these days, I love birding and that is here in our back yard. Watching my hummingbirds entertains me for hours. I love gardening, container gardening now. I am slowly getting back to my reading. I love to travel but that is becomming more difficult for me because of health issues. I love to collect and try new recipes. And I enjoy my computer very much it is what keeps me sane in the winter months.
