I like the oldies from the 40’s and 50’s, also a lot of classical music. My favorite is Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto in B flat Minor. I also like Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus and many other well know pieces. One of my favorite singers was Nat King Cole. I don’t care for Rap. It just doesn’t sound like music to me.

I have loved reading since I was a small child and learned to read at school. My aunt often brought me books when she visited and I remember having books like Treasure Island, Little Women, The Little Princess and Tales from Shakespeare by Charles and Mary Lamb.

I like the usual things. Especially chocolate! Who doesn’t? Well a few folks maybe. I like fish, shrimp, salmon and crab. I like just about every dessert there is. Pasta dishes too. Not much I don’t like really but I try to eat a lot of veggies and fruits. I like to go out once in a while then we try different things. Thai, Chinese, Indian, Italian and just plain old American.

I was born in a small town in England before WWII began. I became a RN in 1960 and worked in England & the USA. I met my husband on a blind date and we have been married for over 52 years.We have 2 sons.I like to go for walks when the weather is nice and also enjoy birdwatching. I love to spend time with my family & friends.

I like warm weather, not hot; about 75’F and not windy. I like playing computer games and fun people. I like cats and dogs. I enjoy watching the birds and ducks. I like the smell of clean laundry fresh off the linen line. My favorite perfume is Estee Lauder’s Beautiful.
I love going to the ocean and watching the waves roll in and a Pacific sunset. I love flowers lilies, roses and orchids in particular. I like growing them too.
