I do enjoy many movies, but NOT sordid, seamy movies, blood and guts, or horror films. Comedies, romances, adventures, or fairytales are fun. Many of the children's movies appeal to me. I liked Stardust and the Harry Potter series, as well as Shrek, the Blind Side, and August Rush. Avatar was dizzyingly amazing, in a technical sense.....also liked the story line.

Love it all, except some of the "whining" country

I used to read a lot, but not so much lately. Some of my favorites were Robin Cook, John Grisham, Michael Crichton, Rosamunde Pilcher, Tess Gerritson, and others I can't recall at the moment (a familiar condition, I'm sad to admit).

I love them all!

Fresh Asparagus, most vegetables, most fruits, trout, escolar, salmon, leg of lamb. I really enjoy Oriental and East Indian cuisine primarily, but also like most all ethnic foods occasionally.

I'm a mother of 3, grammy (Gimmy) of 6, and great-grandmother of one. Took early retirement several years ago, now am going back to work soon. I am updating my secretarial skills....technology and times have changed!

Although I have my own spiritual and political views, I respectfully defend your right to have and express your own views also.

I enjoy early mornings, long walks, playing with my dog, visiting friends, playing bridge and other games, singing, dancing, sharing a good laugh, and visiting my friends here on the Hill. My days begin with private worship, and you will find a player of my favorite worship songs on the left column here. I love to share, and sincerely hope you enjoy my meager offerings.
