ABOUT ME
I am a very outgoing person. I love to laugh
& make people smile. I have been married
42 years. I have been blessed with four
sons & one daughter. I have eleven grandchildren.
I also sing at my church. Fall is my favorite
time of the year. The awesome amount of color
& the smells i truly enjoy. I have just recently
resigned my postion of secretary/treasurer of my
church. I enjoyed doing this for many years, but
it was time to step down. I enjoy my friendships
here on The Hill very much.












WHAT I LIKE
I love life in general. My love for the
Lord runs deep and without a doubt devoted
to doing His will. I don't know how people
can live without knowing Jesus. I love
sitting outside in the early morning and
watch as the sun comes up and listen to
the birds singing their melodies to the
Lord. I love watching a sunset and the
beauty of all the colors that make their
self known.I want to be treated as i treat
others, with respect. A smile dosen't cost
anything and it brings warmth to those who
may need it. The Lord has blessed us with
a good life and i don't take it lightly.









WHAT I DON'T LIKE
The attitudes of some people and the sin
that abounds today.The loss of genuine
affection for the needs of one another.
Any kind of cruelty to either people
or animals. Road rage, high gas prices
and not being able to do the things
i use to do when i was younger.

Evening Kathie, those orders are hard to follow but I have learned not to do every thing in a hurry, take breaks while mowing the yard etc. In 2006 went in to have a colonoscopy (of which I have had many) the nursed checked my vitals and found that I have a-fib (irregular heart beat) with a rapid pulse, have been on medication since including warfarin and diltiazem one is a blood thinner the other helps to try to keep your arteries clear. Have only been to the emergency room twice since then but not at all in the last 2 years (see my doctor every six months for check up). Ended up taking Angel to the Vet today she has not been eating good and throws up once in a great while. They kept her for the afternoon fed her liquids and antibiotics need to take her back for all day treatment tomorrow. Her liver blood test showed some problems probably from the arthritis medicine. Afternoon Gil, how long have you had heart problems? I agree with you about not being out in the heat, just not a good idea for sure!! Hubby & i went & bought a new washer & dryer. It will be delivered on Friday. We have a front loaders now & i think we're going to let our daughter buy them or sell them. Rained this morning but now it's humid & very warm with sunshine. Suppose to rain tonight, i hope so, we sure need it. When i mowed yesterday i was so dirty from parts of the yard that is dry. Enjoy the rest of your day Gil & stay out of the heat ok?
