My favourite is the Pirates trilogy with Johnny Depp. I enjoy many different types of movies Lord of the Rings ,Meet The Fockers. I also enjoyed Silence of the Lambs. A lot of the English movies are great such as Calendar Girls and Brassed off. So as you can see a varied interest.

Again I like many varieties. My MP3 is full of music from the 60's all the way through to the present day. I am not keen on most country music but there are exceptions. Rock & Pop would be my most liked music and I don't mind having some classical music playing in the background. I also enjoy a lot of the music from the stage and movie soundtracks.

I don't tend to read a lot because I am always on the computer. That provides me with plenty to read.

My wife's home made pizza which she has just recently started to do. Thai chicken in Chilli Sauce has been a long time favourite. Wherever I can get Sticky Date Pudding for dessert thats what I will have.

I am a Vietnam Veteran. I took early retirement due to health. I am very happily married with two grown sons and two beautiful grand daughters. Now I have become involved with the Ulysses Club which is a social club for people interested in motorcycling. In Australia there nearly 28,000 members. I am webmaster and newsletter editor for my branch so that keeps me fairly busy.

Riding my bike. Socializing with my friends. Working and playing on my computer, swapping emails. Food. Watching some TV

People who complain but don't offer a better way to do things.

I keep a small aviary of a dozen birds, finches and canaries. I also have an aquarium with small tropical fish.

Hi Gary, Sydney was good but not the best, the Barrier Reef and perhaps Fraser Island would be the first places to come to mind....my brother has been tracing the  family tree and found a connection to a Sydney cab driver...wish I had know that when there !

Hi Grumblebum

Its a cold and wet evening here, so laptop on my knee I'm travelling the world from my armchair.

As you can tell from my pic (it was taken at the Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane) I've been to your wonderful country and during the 8 weeks there, we did get to spend a few days in Sydney.

Best Wishes, Val .......aka snowvixen
