I was born in Maine and raised in Ohio. I was one of 6 children with 4 brothers and 1 sister.I have been married for 41 years to a wonderful man. I have 3 beautiful grown children, a daughter and two sons. They are married with families that have blessed me with 8 wonderful grandchildren. Ranging in ages from 17 years to 15 months, there are 5 boys and 3 girls. I love my family and spend time with them often.

I try to always be honest with people without hurting them, am open minded and try to keep a positive outlook on life.

Over the years I have worked for a professional photographer, chiropractor, and in retail.

I love the freedom of being retired and learning new things. I lean torward natural organic gardening and finding healthy ways of living.

The fresh smell of laundry hung out to dry, traveling, camping, hiking, scrapbooking, taking pictures with my digital camera, gardening and harvesting the fruits of it...flowers and vegetables. Flying a kite on the Oregon coast.Reading a good book. Discovering that a pair of bluebirds had made a nest in our lamp post. Awaiting the bloom and scent of my stephanotis and oriental lilies.
