Chinese food, shell fish, American, Italian, almost anything - but not hot & spicy!

I married George 43 years ago and we have three children, two boys and a girl, and a 10 year old Grandson. We have always had pets and I used to breed Old English Sheepdogs and Pekinese. We all moved to California in the 1980's and loved it. I worked there as a Restaurant Manager and a floating General Manager for a Retirement chain. We all moved back to Ireland in 1989, but a few years later our daughter met and married an American, so she has returned to USA and is living in PA with her husband and son. Our youngest son is running an Art Gallery in London. Our eldest son lives close by outside Cork.
Our last dog was a German Shepherd that we had to put down at the age of 15. We have not had the heart to replace her yet! We do have some cats though, the most recent being a Maine Coon who is just 4 months old now.

Very hot weather. Very wet or windy weather. Hot & spicy food. Cantankerous people.
