I had a heart attack last year (November 7, 2013) and also found out that I am Type 2 diabetic! Been working on recovery and health issues ever since. Doing good now, so keeping fingers crossed and hoping things stay that way.

I'm a couponer from many years ago, and still going strong. I shop mainly at Publix (in the southeast) and maintain a well supplied pantry and freezer. I highly recommend it for everyone!
