Now that we are retired, we go to the theaters a bit more often! We also rent movies that include action, crime/drama, and occasionally romantic comedies. I love to watch the old black and white movies!

Actually, I enjoy a wide variety of music from classical and soft rock to a bit of rhythm and blues and jazz! My playlist has but a few!

I love pasta, Mexican food, Alaskan King Crab legs, and baked chicken the way my Mother used to make it! Also, Häagen-Dazs® Ice Cream, and I adore anything with chocolate and caramel! On the healthy side, I have daily servings of salad and fruits.
I enjoy trying different herbal teas--Lemongrass, Peach-Flavored Green Tea, Jasmine, Chamomile, to name a few!

I love my life, and I love being part of the NOTH family! I retired from my career but not from living, so, I love to stay active.
I am from a very large family. Out of ten children, eight of us are still living; and we reside in various locations throughout the country!

1991 - 2010
I lived in Denver, CO for many, many years; and I came to love my Denver Broncos. Each year, I just know my beloved team will make it to the Super Bowl! I was looking forward to a season with Tim Teebow as our quarterback; but, alas, he was traded to the New York Jets! Tim is a remarkable young man, and I hope the Jets realize what a gift they have in him. I will be cheering for him!

It saddens me when I see people treating other people unkindly, especially those that are less fortunate than they are. It breaks my heart to see domestic violence because it shatters the spirits of all those involved, especially the children.
CRUELTY TO OUR FURRY FRIENDS IS A GRAVE ABOMINATION, AND IT IS UNFORGIVEABLE!

I enjoy gardening, reading, swimming, listening to music, spending time with my husband, and entertaining our fur babies.
I planted a Butterfly Garden several years ago; and each year, it looks a little different. I have perrenials that show their lovely faces every year, but I plant annuals that vary from year to year. My Butterfly Garden also attracts hummingbirds that we see year around--they are so fascinating to watch!
I also enjoy making greeting cards!
