I have to say that I don't read as much since I got my computer.
Now I spend way to much time trying to get my page just right!

It will always be red but at this time of the year, it is all of the fall colors.
MY FAVORITE FOOD
Wouldn't it be wonderful if there were a delicious, "all-natural" food that is nutritious, fat-free, has no cholestrol, and promotes good health? There is! You'll find it described in Galatians 5:22-23-- the "fruit of the Spirit." This fruit is wholesome and beneficial--and it's even better when shared!"

We see the "color" of God's creation of visual beauty in the world around us. We can also see it in the icredibly diverse beauty of His children as well. Each of us has been made so uniquely, designed so specifically, that there is not one other person on earth exactly like us. We truely are, "human snowflakes." Every finger on every hand on every person who has ever lived contains a unique fingerprint! (Claire Cloninger) Wow, pretty amazing, isn't it?!
When the chips are down, there's nothing like a good girlfriend. All women are born with the need to communicate at a deeper level. Wholesome friendships among women promote sound mental and emotional health. Friends remind us we are a part of something greater than ourselves, a larger world, and the right friends keep us on track. (Barbara Jenkins)
ABOUT ME
I have been married 45 years.
We have 2 married children. A girl and a boy.
As you can tell, I was married at a very young age and also had my kids very young. The marriage has been a very rocky one but I wouldn't trade it. It has made me stronger in my walk with the Lord.
Kim has 3 grown girls, ages 26, 23 and 20.
Craig is married and has an adorable red headed son, age 11 and a brown eyed, smart as a whip, 7 year old daughter.
I love the Lord and belong to a wonderful Baptist church. I teach an adult women's Sunday School class.
My husband and I both grew up in MN. He has a mother and 9 brothers and sisters there. I also have a mother, a brother and a sister there. We try to visit as often as we can.
We now live in WA state near the southern border. We are about 40 miles from Portland, OR. We are also about 35 miles from Mt. St. Helens.
What a colorful creation this world is! Think of it. God has delighted to give each one of us a special identity, and yet many of us spend our lives trying to conform to some self-imposed "norm." We deny our own individuality and that of others. We insist on playing out God's drama in black and white, ignoring the many colorful brushstrokes of His hand. We let God shine through when we are being creative and unique as an individual.

Thanks for sharing. Well I am getting ready to slide under some warm blankets and close my little eyes for about seven hours, then off to church and my Sunday has begun.
