I lived most of my adult life as a single parent and as a helper in raising my grandchildren.

I am a retired nurse who has quickly forgotten how to be one - 40 years of caregiving while raising children and grandchildren was enough.

I have worked part time since retiring but am cutting back to a couple of days a month with the goal of quitting soon - the economy might have something to do with that.
