Science Fiction has to be my favourite. I like adventure novels, particularly those that take place in nature or hostile environments. My taste is very broad. For instance, I have books covering astronomy, cosmology, sciences, philosophy, written in German and Dutch, earth sciences, etc.

Yellow is my favourite colour. However, when I am in nature, I am overawed by the abundance and spectrum of colours. Accordingly, it is hard to pick a favourite colour per se.

OH,I MISS MY ICE SKATING SO MUCH. NETHERLANDS WINTER 1962-1963

I have lived and worked in The Netherlands, England, Wales, and naturally also in Australia where we still live. My background is very varied and includes Army Instructor in armed and unarmed combat, Anti-Aircraft Artillery and Radar. I have been an Officer in the RAAF, have been involved in Real Estate, Finance, Sales in a number of disciplines, Counselling, Training and Administration. I speak and write Dutch, German, and naturally English.

In addition to the above named countries, I have visited Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Halifax (Canada), New York (USA) and a number of West Indian islands.

I am retired now. I increasingly am interested in spirituality and exploring Christianity. I believe that pursuing world wide peace and preserving the global environment should be the highest priorities.

I like people to love instead of fighting each other.
I like to walk in nature and enjoy the beauty and quietness of the forest and the mountains.
I like reading good books and listening to classical music.
I like to communicate with people from all over the world and in particular with those of NOTH.


I WISH ALL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ENDURING PEACE

I don't like wars and violence of any kind.
I don't like motorists displaying discourtesy and road rage, and impatience.
I don't like being threatened.
I don't like the scourges of excess alcohol and illicit drugs.



I DON'T LIKE ARSONISTS LIGHTING FIRES WHEN NATURE IS NOT READY FOR IT

I SO DESPERATELY LONG FOR WORLD PEACE



OUR EARTH IS SO INSIGNIFICANT WHEN MEASURED AGAINST MILKY WAY AND THE UNIVERSE. WHY THEN DOES HUMANITY SEEK TO DESTROY THIS, OUR ONLY HOME FOR NOW?
