I have read so many books over the years and most of them have been my favorite when I was reading it until I started another one. When I was in high school I read "Gone With The Wind" 4 times, yes I liked it. One of my all time favorites is "Les Miserables" The Little House Books have a warm spot in my heart. I just recently read Robert Nonnan's "Orphan Train Trilogy" which I enjoyed very much. I am now reading "The Forgotten Man". I just love books. I read from the Bible each day for knowledge, comfort and inspiration.

I like most foods except for sea food. Exception there is Salmon.

I figured out how to twitter and am following several and am doing some twittering myself.

I have lived most of my life in Missouri the exception, I lived in Germany for almost 4 years and Kansas 2 different times for several years.
I have 3 children, 2 girls and one boy, Christina has one daughter, Daleena has 3 sons and Billy has 2 daughters. I now live in a small but growing town near Springfield MO.
I grew up in the country where I milked cows, fed chickens, hogs and all the other farm animals.
I went to grade school in a one room school and lived in a home with no running water or electricity.

I enjoy reading, oil painting, writing especially poetry, travel, and spending time with my friends and family.
