Before I had to go on a low cholesterol diet my favorite food was catfish, hush puppies, onion rings,and mashed potatoes!!! Nowadays, I just eat any thing that is low in fat and bake or broil it. I think my favorite now is Sonic's grilled chicken salad.

I am a retired nurse, wife, mother,grandmother and poet. I live with my hubby of almost 43 years. I have 3 children(2 sons and a daugher), 6 grandchildren(4boys and 2 girls).
