I have MS and am on the Swank MS diet which doesn't do saturated fat, so my favorite food of pizza isn't something I eat often. I have a low-fat recipe I sometimes make, but low-fat anything isn't usually all that tasty.

My name is Julie Turner. My email address is Rowedy@yahoo.com. I'm 59 years old, widowed, have five horses, three dogs and 15 cats, live on 60 acres right outside of Mobridge, SD. I'm somewhat of a political activist along with environmental activist and animal advocate. I do some horse showing mostly doing Reining classes and some Western Pleasure. I do substitute teaching when I feel well enough considering I have MS and related diseases.
The dogs' names are Chipper, Sprout, and Spur, who is a German shepherd. The other two are Welsh Corgis.
