Once again, I read anything medical and anything non-fiction.

Oops, there is one fiction writer that I do like, and that's Dean Koontz.

Red is my favourite colour. I also like dark blue.

I'm 46 years old and have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 17 and 26. I've been happily married for 18 years now. My 26 year old daughter is in the US Air Force and will be ending her 8 year acareer in a year and a half, and my 17 year old daughter is in her last year of high school. She also plans on becoming a vet tech when she finishes high school.
I have not been able to work outside of the home since my car accident in 1992. That accident was followed by my pregnancy with my second daughter and between the two, I now live with chronic pain from S.I. Joint Dysfunction, L5-S1 Radiculopathy, Spinal Stenosis and Fibromyalgia. (Yes, it's a lot, I know. LOL)It's also a LOT of pain. LOL.

I absolutely love the mountains. I live about 45 minutes from Lake Arrowhead and about an hour and a half from Big Bear.

I'm definitely NOT a beach person. I don't live close to the beach anyhow. BUT...I do enjoy walking along the coast at dusk, early evening, when I can. But I haven't done that in about 28 years.

I really don't have any 'hobbies' per se. I enjoy my dog....taking him for walks and playing with him around the house. He's a chihuahua mix and strictly an indoor dog. He's even trained to go potty on his paper in a specific area of the house. LOL.

I like to cook, too. I enjoy taking a recipe that is high in fat, cholesterol and calories, and turning it into a low-fat, low-cholesterol recipe.

I also enjoy reading anything non-fiction, especially medical stuff. I have a nursing background and although I don't work anymore, I try to keep up on new techniques, meds, etc.

The computer is also a favourite of mine....
