I love Danielle Steel and when I feel like reading I usually pick up her newest books.

I like most all foods. It's really hard to pick a favorite ... ummm let me see ... I know ... chocolate cake with chocolate icing!

I have a wonderful husband and between the two of us we have 6 children ranging in age from 37 to 19. We have 4 grandchildren at the moment, 2 girls and 2 boys, but another little girl will be arriving in November. We live about 2 blocks from Houston. I retired from nursing after 25 years in the healthcare profession. My husband is a computer programmer and works from home.

I don't like dishonesty, rudeness, beets and being away from my children and grandchildren.

I recently took up painting and enjoy that a lot. I enjoy photography and working with images in PhotoShop. I've just started an herb garden for the first time so wish me luck!
