2010 is the year I will pour another DESIRE into my Bucket.
In September, I plan to Greyhound(Amtrak's too expensive...sigh)to Iowa (a state I've never visited) to canoe on the Mississippi River.

I'm bossed by one cat named Hattie. She's a grey tabby...excellent mouser. She's a purrpot...when SHE wants to be. She won't eat poultry in any form...strictly seafood diet.

I grew up on a farm in King County Washington. I was 19 (and away to college) before I walked a sidewalk, every day (did my feet hurt!)

I collect vintage teddy bears and British children's books.

My nic came about because of my love for boatiing and swimming, which I get to do 6 months out of the year.

I write stories for children and was even published, once...the magazine folded just after I received my acceptance slip...before I was paid or appeared in print.

My Walk To Emmaus experience. Living as GREEN as possible. I ALWAYS take a cloth bag to shop. My main source of transportation is my bicycle. Boating, Swimming, Snorkeling, Watching Wildlife Birdwatching, Camping, Scotland, England, Speaking their language to people from other countries, my digital camera, taking photos for my books, craft foam, modeling clay, reading... ... ...
