ahhhhhhhh..... well..we should just stay away from that topic today! lol I eam a long time TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) member. I have been maintaining a loss of just over 100 pds for like 16 + years. It's been extra hard the last year to keep it off. Sooooo food can get to be aq hard topic for me.

I thank you all for stopping by. I will try to keep in touch, But..... I recently fell and broke my right wrist, both bones broke and dislocated to the outsde of the wrist.

UPDATE!!!! 11/25/08 well the cast is off!! I do have to wear a splint type brace thing for a while, but it is so good to have the worst behind me now. I still have a long period of building up strength, being careful not to over do etc........
