Right now I'm reading The Winslow Family series by Gilbert Morris -- they are GREAT!!

I married three days after graduating from high school in 1959. That lasted almost 17 years.(Divorced) I have a son that is a carpenter and lives in MT and a daughter that is a secretary to a Dean at a college and lives in IL.
I remarried in 1989 after going to my 30th class reunion and meeting a brother of one of my classmates. We were married 7 weeks after meeting and are still together.(Hopefully until the Lord calls one of us Home)
Three step-childred came with that second marriage. The son is a policeman and lives in NH, the oldest daughter runs a (NYPD)pizza place and lives in TN, the youngest daughter is a homemaker and lives in TX.
I have no patience with people who have no patience - now how about that!!
I think I am understanding and have often been the one listening to peoples' problems. I will give advice if asked.
I'm really a homebody.
I worked as Deputy County Clerk in my county for 25 years and loved it.
I'm now enjoying retirement, but sometimes go back to work and fill in if needed.

Listening to the rain fall, reading a good mystery, going to church with my husband, watching a good comedy movie, hanging laundry outside is one of my very favorite things. I enjoy playing on my computer.

People not being honest or not having patience.
Mice and snakes.
Sea food.
Having to hurry.

Reading, crocheting, knitting, and watching tv.
Also a little flower gardening. Playing on my computer is always fun. I like to make greeting cards.
