Some of my favorite movies are "Driving Miss Daisy".
"On Golden Pond", "The Bucket List" and believe it or not all the kids' movies like "Shreke". Dr. Suess stories are some of my very favorites. Guess I never grew up in that respect.I read these to my kids and grandkids and loved it then and now.

My favorite music is country and especially anything by Alan Jackson. I really love gospel music too and have tons of CD"s of it. I play them all the time when I am in the house doing things. Another of my favorites is Louisiana Cajun music such as is heard all the time in New Orleans.

I like a variety of kinds of reading so I really don't have a favorite here. I'm not into horror or scientific types of reading.

My favorite color is red.

I like just about anything. Probably my favorite is fried chicken.

I Have been married for 55 years and have 2 daughters, 4 grandsons ( one is deceased) and 2 great-grandsons. I retired from our local bank 5 years ago and that lasted 2 months. I nearly went stir crazy. I have worked on Main Street here for 46 years. The bank offered me a part-time position as the payroll administrator. I can work my own hours and take off if my husband and I decide to take a trip or just go somewhere for the day. Too good an offer to pass up and it gave me something to do and still be semi-retired. I love my job.

I like dogs, flowers, carousel horse figurines, snow baby figurines, being with friends, playing and trying new things with the computer, babies, long walks when I can.

I don't like rudeness, arrogance, people who think they never make a mistake, lack of consideration for other people and their feelings, mistreatment of a child or an elderly person.

My hobbies are playing on the computer,reading, listening to music, crocheting, working with silk flower arrangements.
