I do like cookbooks, but usually when I'm sitting, I'm usually knitting.

I'm a meat eater, so I most always have meat on my menu. Most all vegetables, with exception of
Beets...yuck!

Love Potato Soup! And I'm in love w/Green Salads, I can eat salad 3 x a day!

My husband & I have been married 42 yrs. Have 2
sons & both married great girls...

I'm the Admn Asst. to the Head of a small Private College Prep School...around 300 students. Got lots of Internationals! We have about 100 Residential & about 200 Day Students.

I love to spend my Sunday Afternoons, in my favorite swing, under the shade tree... Either knitting or reading.

Of course Shopping is another thing I love...

I'm active in our church.

We have a 10 yr old female Doberman...who is a member of our family & a Siamese cat. My husband & I both treat them like they are our children.

Love being with family...& as I'm still in the work force...I LOVE THE WEEKENDS! Our 2 grandchildren are the apple of our eyes.

We enjoy our vegetable garden lots...I put up in the freezer everything I can as we love the veggies!

I don't like people that try to be 'holier than thou'...Snobs...Hateful,hurtful people that say things just to hurt someone...

It also hurts me to hear people run our country down. Love it or Leave it...thats simple.

I love knitting & crocheting. Usually everytime I sit down, I've got knitting needles working!

I also enjoy making greeting cards on the computer. I'm known for my cards! ha

I guess my big thing is collecting elephants...
I love them! I've collected them for years & have quite a collection, but...I never seem to have enough, there's something always different.
