Blog Entry: As we get into 'fall' here, people are talking about 'pies'. I'm actually more of a cake person; so I don't have pie very often. However, I will eat different kinds of pie: Dutch apple, peach, & cherry, for example. But my favorite pie would probably be Blackberry--served warm, with ice cream on top. However, this time of year, I'm more likely to have Pumpkin (custard) pie with whipped cream on top. My husband likes to say that I 'like a bit of pumpkin under my whipped cream'--which is probably true.
