I was born in Chillicothe, Ohio and raised in Columbus and moved to California after marrying a "fly boy" that was stationed there at the AFB. I'm the mother of 6 children, grandmother of 10 and greatgrandmother of 13. I'm retired and living with my youngest daughter and her 11 yr. old son.

Life's a pudding full of plums;
Care's a canker that benumbs,
Wherefore waste our elocution
On impossible solution?
Life's a pleasant institution,
Let us take it as it comes.
(Ha-ha-ha!)

Tom & I decided to have a train trip to see my sister, the time that we left    on it for a start it was suspose to be an express train but because we have been having terrible few days or evenings because of the cyclones we are having. By the time we reached Brisbane to change trains we missed the train & we wasn't so sure how bad things was further down, so we decided to head back home also wasn't too sure what it be like later in the afternoon. Oh dear what a morning we had but we are so lucky compare to the ones who had lost their homes.  We was lucky we only had our back yard flooded. Neighbours & friends had trees up rooted houses destroyed, garden sheds blown around & vegies & flower gardens ruined  also every fruit tree was destroyed. Hope you are having a lovely day or evening.

Lots of love, Pat.XXX
