We have all had the, probably more than once. Well, today was one of those days for me. Now I can sit back and laugh at my day. Today was very interesting. First thing that happened was that I could not get into my e-mail. Could not make a call to my provider because my cell phone said "No Service" That was not good for this is a phone only two days old. The other quit on me three days ago. I began with AT & T for my cell phone service way way back, it was just a short time later I then got notice I would be getting my bill from Suncom. If that was not enough confusion, this past January Suncom was taken over by TMobile. Ummmmmmmmm, what's a girl to do? I don't know if any of you have Sprint for your cell phone but I do and was a little surprised by their practice of adding on a rather high surcharge to their services. I have written the company with numerous complaints about this but they have tried to convince me this is normal practices. I had Cingular for over eight years and never payed a surcharge. Yesterday afternoon about 2pm there was panic in Rushville, Indiana. All the internet, land telephone and cell phone communication was cut for about 7 hours. (this includes the computers at the banks, the businesses in town and the grocery stores... If you wanted to apy cash,m that was fine, but any other form of payment was halted!)
