Posted On 08/30/2008 14:59:26 by lana52
I originally posted this in a blog In May 2008, but I was reading the Cloudeight InfoAve Newsletter and saw an individual had a question about Identity Theft.  Of course this deals with the United States, but many other countries may have the same type of contacts.  Hopefully all will get some benefit. Identity Theft Posted On 05/13/2008 20:27:27 I just heard about someone who had there identity stolen and their credit card was used.  There are many thin... Read More

Posted On 08/09/2008 11:38:01 by CelticElf
There have been three fake emails sent to me recently all from supposedly "reliable" companies.  If you receive ANY of the ones that I will describe below DELETE THEM !!!  They are not from who they say, and if you click on the link you could open your computer up for damage... 'Even if a woman asks me to get the car keys out of her bag, I won't. I'll bring the bag to her and let her get them.' It's th... Read More

There's No Fun in FunWebProducts
Posted On 05/05/2008 09:37:44 by Thundercloud
I'm going to get your attention, I hope. If you're using SmileyCentral, Zwinky, PimpMyProfile, or any of the dozens of FunWebProducts crapware programs, you're going to harm your computer - and you're going to pay - sometime, somehow for installing it. If you know how to repair computers, format, re-install Windows, great! Then all it will cost you is a lot of time and frustration - when you wake up some morning and your computer won't boot. At least you'll know what to do.If you don't know how... Read More

I Love Spam
Posted On 04/04/2008 07:20:30 by Thundercloud
I Love Spam! I've come to the point in my life where my brain is losing cells faster than my body can replace them. This leaves me particularly vulnerable to falling in love with strange things like watching "House" and reading spam. I find myself waking up in the morning and rushing to the computer (not even stopping by the coffee pot first) to see how much spam arrived over night. I am never disappointed. One thing I can count on, is oodles of spam and I've learned to love it so much! N... Read More
