We have a forum you can post pictures, recipes or jokes you want to share; these are not considered blogs and will be removed. On the other hand, for example, a recipe with a story about a recipe that has special meaning would be fine. Greetings to others, thank you's, etc. are not considered blogs and will be removed.

You Can Call Me Bill

First a little background: Microsoft will be releasing Windows 7 this fall and as most of you know, it won't come with a personal desktop email program. Yes, I know, Microsoft claims that Windows Live Mail is better. We've tested it, it's not better. There's the eternal promise that even in the midst of death there is life. From the stillness of the frozen soil, in the sprouts of those... Read More

Today was a rainy, unseasonably chilly day in May. I waited most of the day for the rain to stop so that I could take my daily walk. I've always liked to walk but just in the past couple months I've become an avid walker; motivated by recent health problems and spurred on by my Georgian friend, I try to walk at least one hour each day. Today was no exception. The rain finally stopped.

Although it was very chilly for a day in mid-May, a light jacket and a brisk pace were all I neede... Read More
