Some days I just have to wonder if God does truely have a warped sense of humor at times. Being I work with the schools I am off during the summer with no income which gets hard. Well I got hired by a local gas station and today was supposed to be my first day. during the last month I have had this nasty cough but I put it off and then this weekend got so bad that today I wound up at the emergency room with bronchites. I called the job last night and told them all what was happenening and then got home and found out they let me go. I have never lost a job like this and too old to start now but its done. I dont regret going to the hospital and if thats the kind of people they are I dont want to work there anyway. Now all I have to do is see what new door or window or crack at least will open for me now. I do love an adventure but sometimes smooth sailing is nice too.
