In the past few weeks, NOTH has had in influx of a lot of welcome new members, most of them arrived on the Hill as a result of Eons closing down for one reason or another. The Hill is the only social group I bothered joining and I have made some really good friendships here. A few weeks back we had a bit of a glitch and for the majority of one day, the site wasn’t accessible. It was quite a relief when we could sign in again. The Eons members obviously didn’t share the same luck but have since found a home on the Hill where they can meet up again with old friends-------------please bear in mind, we are only strangers until we meet-------- one comment I read on a new members page said----------- Hi ?, I see you found us, they call it the hill-----------they not we------- I’d hate to see a wonderful social site become a them and us site and can only repeat myself by adding-------we are only strangers until we meet.
Perhaps Eons went down the tubes as a result of financial problems and if so it might be worth having a think about becoming a life long member with ad free pages. I saw today it costs only $25 for a life time membership and when I took the offer it cost me double that amount and has been worth every penny.
I’m not on a VIP membership drive here, what suits me may not suit you, I’m just giving my private thoughts and suggestion so the Hill remains and continues as it is today-------The best Social Site on the web.
