Hardest Day of my entire Life
Posted On 06/13/2014 10:26:45 by Gunny

Sadly on March 20, 2014 my darling wife passed away and has gone on home to be with the Lord.  It was the hardest day of my entire life.  Ive been struggling to go on, and now just take one day at a time. I miss her so, so much, through the pain and sorrow I know the lord is with me and one day once again I will be reunited with my wonderful wife in heaven with the lord.

Gunny,  You know where she is and that someday you will see her again.  Which brings peace from our Father in Heaven.  Be thankful that you had each others love while on this earth, as some never find it and pass without knowing that kind of love.

Grief takess time, and there is a process, do not try to rush it let the feelings flow naturally.  God made us and he made us to love and care for other people and a part of what God made is grief

as someone else said try to get invovled in helping someone else even if it just begins with a smile and thank you when you check out from a grocery store, or go for a walk in a  park and  saying good day to someone else.  May God be your guide and your support.

Thank you Sue for your kind words and thoughts.
I am trying to take one day at time now, through
the pain I ask our Lord to take my hand and guide me through

Thank you so much
