Just to let you know that i am still around...My blog will not be lke the ones that i read so far..wow,,,some of you are great with words....I am just about to take off for Costco and over buy food that comes in their package of ten to a pack. I always come home with food,,,but whay more than i really needed....but the paper products do last me and so does the detergent....so,  that is a good thing...Of course you know that I live in Puerto Rico and hope you know where this is....and that it is a part of the USA, and we have a two party system here too.  And the Dems are now holding most of the gov. seats as well as the gov....so,,this is my blog and lets see where it spins off too...

I love Puerto Rico!  Been there a few times over the years and one of my dear friends IRL lives just outside San Juan.  Lucky you to live in such a wonderful place.

I only use big box stores for non-perishables these days, paper products, shampoo, dish soap to name a few.  I am still fascinated to walk around though but I resist the temptation to purchase a two year supply of ketchup.

Hope you'll stay around and submit some more stories.

Living in Puerto Rico and the threat of tropical storms and hurricanes every year must make Costco a great thing to have. Stocking up ahead of time is always better than rushing for supplies like everyone else while the storm is bearing down on you.

Must be nice to live in paradise!

We are still avid fans of Costco... we live in a rural setting so a monthly trip to Costco replentishes our pantry and deepfreeze. I also shop there as much as possible because of their Customer Satisfaction policy; no questions asked, they accept return for about any reason.

As for your blog ... I hope you keep posting, because in my opinion, everyone has a story. Some are better with words, but this is not a community of "professionals".
