Old Photos in the Attic
Posted On 08/07/2024 01:48:40 by LadyLynne

Old photos in the attic torn and creased with age

Each one tells a story of the bygone days

Seaside trip to Blackpool in the charabanc

Children playing happily with their buckets in the sand

Fish and chips in newspaper strolling down the prom

Happy times with family who are now long gone

Time to box the treasures and start a busy day

Smiling at the memories which will never fade away

Very nice, Lynn. And yes, seeing old pictures brings back many memories.

Glad you enjoyed it, Alice.  The photo is a newer one, but thought I'd make it appear older by using the photo editor to give it a sepia effect.

I love the specific memories shared about Blackpool. If we are lucky, we can all relate to similar experiences. Thx for sharing. 🎡
