As I opened the dining room shade this morning I was rewarded with a view of the waning Moon in the southwest. It looked magnificent against the morning blue of the sky.
The sight made me smile, and then I wondered how many people don't notice our neighbor in sky during the day--or the night, for that matter.
Nature is continually offering us gifts if we just take the time to notice, and I am one who feels celestial objects are some Nature's greatest gifts.
