I apologize for not being around as much as I use to be. Seems like life has gotten a little crazy and I'm trying to keep up with it. I'll be here when I can; and when I can't, I'll be thinking of all of you.

I'm Native American...one half Comanche, 1/32 Iroquois or Cherokee (depending on which family member you're talking to), and the rest is Dutch, Scot/Irish, German and a slew of other ancestry. I'm originally from Indiana. I have 5 kids (2 natural, 3 step kids), 12 grandkids, and 16 great-grandkids. My hubby and I are members of the Christian Motorcyclists Assoc. but no longer ride. I spent 2 years on the road with hubby while he was a long haul truck driver (now retired). I've had multiple back surgeries including a Spinal Cord Stimulator. So that curtails a lot of things I use to do. Phooey. After we lost our last 2 cats, I've made the decision I won't take any more cats...it was just way too painful.

Ill mannered people! Screaming kids in stores or restaurants and their parents who do nothing about it, people who think they're better than anybody else, people who mistreat their pets, ocra, snakes, spiders, cockroaches, liars, know-it-alls, constant complainers who find fault with everyone and everything, people who won't say please or thank you, the idiot in front of me that doesn't use their turn signal.

Reading, genealogy, antique stores/shows (I collect salt cellars/dips/open salts..depending on what part of the country you're from). Also crochet lap blankets for the elderly in nursing homes.
