Having problems typing in comments or message box? - It is due to browser settings in IE8 or IE9; to override this, while on any page on The Hill, click TOOLS from the browser toolbar, then click Compatibility View so it leaves a check mark next to it. To make it permanent, Click VIEW, then click Compatibility Settings, and add notoverthehill.com to the website list.
