Mildred Pierce, Rear Window are my two favorites. I enjoy horror films, Westerns and Science fiction films. Taxi, any movie with Robert DeNiro, or Al Pacino or Dustin Hoffman in it. I like movies from any era. I like the old I Love Lucy series.

As I've gotten older, I've been very into any music, classical, country, soul and RnB since childhood, cool jazz, most any music. I appreciate everyone's talents. Luther Vandross is my favorite singer.

I was born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland (outside of Washington, DC). I have one son and 3 grandkids who still live in Ohio. I lived in Washington, DC area until the mid 70's and after going to Air Traffic academy in Oklahoma, moved to Ohio. I met my current husband, who is British, during the Gulf War as pen friends. We visited each other a few times, and eventually got married, and I moved here to Manchester England. When I first came here, it was a cultural shock as there weren't a lot of us Americans, but now it seems there are more and more Americans here. I have one cat.

Clocks. Animals. Cats. Singing, Patsy Cline and Cashmere sweaters because they go with any skirts or pants or jeans. Modern technology which makes our lives easier. I enjoy taking long walks and doing cardiovascular aerobics exercises.

Painting (walls that is), People who bully others, coconut and musicals (I always fall asleep halfway through musicals). Narrow minded people who can't understand others. We are all free to be what and who we are so long as we don't make a menace to society and offend others, or cause harm. Otherwise...Being open minded is a good thing.
