Some of my favorites are Gone With The Wind, Lawrence of Arabia, Dances With Wolves, The Long Riders, Tombstone, Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven and The Last Samurai. Some "small" favorites include Because of Winn Dixie, Harold and Maude, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Groundhog Day, Jezebel and The Bucket List!

Classic rock (Elvis Presley, Bob Seger, The Rolling Stones) some country (Waylon and Willie), some jazz (not too brassy), classical especially Mozart AND I adore Leonard Cohen

Biographies, history (especially American and British), North American native culture and I do love a good mystery! AND I am a magazine-aholic!

I was born in a small town but have lived in the City since 1959. Robert and I met when we were both working for the same company. We have been married for 46 years.We have no children but over the years we have shared our lives with assorted cats and dogs and horses (actually the horses were boarded on a farm as I think the neighbours would object if we had them in the back yard)all of which were rescues.Currently we are down to two dogs named Murphy and Elmo and two cats named Bishop and Riley

Summer, ice cream, animals,the smell of a horse barn, eating out, movies, television, my friends, shopping, Lake Placid,New York, Niagara Falls, live theatre and spending time with hubby and my cats and dogs.

Winter, rollercoasters, lima beans, most rap music, liars, abusive people whether it be toward children, seniors or animals, people who treat others with disrespect, practical jokers and racists. AND people who cannot sit through a meal in a restaurant without yakking on their cell phone

Photography,gardening,bowling just for the fun of it, cooking, horseback riding, bird watching and computing i.e. e-mailing, tweeting and NOTHing!
