Currently I have two unopened  messages from  "Administrator".

When attempting to open same I am advised that I should  make a friends  request before these can occur   I have made this request  without result .  I am advised that my friends request is pending...thanks for any advice...Bigaloscar

Administrator mail is from admin here on The Hill. To read just click to open like any other message. Administrator does not accept friend requests as it is not a single person, but the admin of this site.

As for the friends request sometimes it takes awhile for them to answer you sometimes they just never do. You cannot delete anything in the pending friends they just stay there. While the nice way to answer a request is to accept for deny that is not always the case. Suzan

Administrator account is the main account for The Hill management and is not a person so -to-speak, so requests are neither denied nor acknowledged. Any message sent to you can be read; you don't have to be friends to have a message sent to you or to read it.
