Has anyone else noticed scroll bars on the right side and bottom of comments we are leaving?  It happened to me and I deleted it but now I'm seeing it on other pages also.   Emily

If it's what I think...some of us have 'limited' space for comments--set it so that if your comment graphic is too big, it'll be 'scrolled' for viewing--so that our pages don't get 'stretched' by huge graphics.  Check out my Guestbook & you can see if it's what you're talking about.

Yup, too big images in the comments generates the scrollbars. I belive the width of the comments on the profile page is fixed.

DocShell told us how to set the limits; so when you place a comment & see that it's going to be too big...you can downsize your graphic to fit. We mainly 'set' it that way so that not only does it not stretch the page...but also to leave space on either side, to let our bkg show up.  You can find HOW to do it if you do a search in Forum.

Here is the code 8 says that she has her's set to as high as 500px. I hope that I got everything right. For some reason my outlook won't let me copy the code so I put it here manually. Put it in the css box on design your profile in settings. It starts with the period. Suzan

But what a fine spirit will mark Christ’s rule! “Come to me, all you who are toiling and loaded down,” said Jesus, “and I will refresh you. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am mild-tempered and lowly in heart, and you will find refreshment for your souls. For my yoke is kindly and my load is light.”—Matt. 11:28-30.

The code was written by DocShell and is used to control the size of graphics that are left in the Comment box.  You won't see the effects of it on everyone's page, unless they've added the code to the CSS box.  I have my code set to 420 pixels width so if anyone leaves a graphic that is wider than that, the botton and right side scroll bars will appear on their comment.  Note:  The width of the comments on the profile page is not fixed unless the code has been placed in the CSS box!  If someone leaves a really large graphic in the comment section the whole page goes off kilter.  That's why some people have decided to use the code that DocShell wrote so that their page will not have the scroll bar on the bottom due to large graphics.
