If you post a graphic from Smileycons in a comment box/or on the Forum, and then you delete the graphic from your Smileycons, is the link broken to the comment, or does it still remain there? 

If you do not remove the uploaded file, i.e, one you used from photobucket, it will still remain. If you delete any of the graphics included with Smileycons, you can delete from your program and posted ones remain also.
