I'm going crazy here! I CANNOT get my Background Image to change on my Profile Page - been trying for 3 days! The color changes work fine. I'm trying JPEG files from 106x134 thru 780x585 with no luck.
After you change the image and return to your page try pressing F5 to refresh the page. You may be looking at an older image in your computer's cache. Refreshing the page makes your browser get the latest info from the NOTH website.

In IE go to tools choose advanced then scroll to Security. Now scroll to Empty Internet files folder when browser closed. If you have been trying for 3 days this is probably why. When I am working on my page I have two instances open. that way when I make the change I just refresh the page. Saves a lot of hair. Suzan
