Instead of going through pages of posts, just use the forum search which is located next to the little magnifying glass up near the top right.  A search for points or stars will turn up quite a few posts; here is one to help answer your question.

partial ones just mean it is not full yet :). About changing from standard to Staff. Most of the Staff joined when the Hill first opened up. At this point I haven't heard anything about add ing new Staff members, but you can feel free to answer any questions that are posted that you know the answer to. You may also post tips and chat about anything or ask question like you did for this one. Everyone on the Hill participates when ever they can. So glad that you Joined the Hill. Suzan
