I noted on the Home Page of NOTH this morning, that I could get a 'free' copy of FolderMagic if I subscribed to a site listed.  I did subscribe to eMusic, had a look around the site for half a day, downloaded a few good songs from there on a trial subscription, then decided to cancel my membership in the subscription service.  However, although one of the pages prior to me subscribing indicated that FolderMagic would be free to me, I didn't see the start of any download or page indicating that I could download FolderMagic.  Now with my subscription to eMusic cancelled, how do I get FolderMagic?  Has anyone else encountered difficulties with the TrialPay site before?  Guess I should have asked this before I went ahead and tried it...

You're right, though, that they don't know whose intent is fraudulent or not, however I believe it does indicate that you can 'try' the products, as some have a trial period for you to test them out, to see if the products meets your needs.

As it turns out, I did receive an email with the download instructions for FolderMagic a short while after I posted my message.  So I downloaded the program and am now completely enjoying coloured folders and icons on my desktop!  I guess I just had to be patient a little while longer.......

Glad you gave it a try and its kinda neat.. the program really is free! FolderMagic is one of my favorite programs. I use it all the time. Make sure you go to our FolderMagic site and download the extra packs available. They are free for registered users. 

I hope many others will give trial pay a go! Please share your experiences here if you don't mind for others to see too!  You will find that it works just as it says it will.. try something, get the software free :)
