Sour Cream Broiled Tomatoes

4 ea Tomatoes large firm ripe
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1 ts Parsley
1/2 ts Basil
2 ts Flour
1 ts Sugar granulated
Cut tomatoes in 1/2 crosswise.
Squeeze gently to remove juice & seeds.
Broil 6" from heat for 5 mins.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Spread over tomatoes.
Broil about 2 mins. more until tinged a golden color.
