When I was posting comments tonight I got 4 warnings and just got another one from 5 friends. Google has a big red page warning me about this site and malware. I did a screen capture but have no idea how to post it here.  Last week a member told me she saw that when she tried to post to my page I ran Malware Bytes and did a deep scan with Microsoft Essentials. Am I the only one that is getting this. I can't use IE here so I use Chrome.

It's ok, Jackie.  Eightball posted that it has something to do with Chrome's security settings. As she said: you can't get malware from a 'picture'--so don't worry about it.

I haven't gotten that warning lately, but if I get it again, I plan on 'telling' it that NOTH is ok, no malware, etc--& hopefully that will stop it.

From Eightball - "I suspect you are using google chrome and they have changed their security settings warnings about suspect links. You cannot get infected by a picture. You may want to either 1) change the settings or 2) if given choice, say ok if image is called from other sites.  You can tell member who is linking images from other sites not to, or change your settings so it is not giving alerts that are unnecessary.  You cannot get a virus viewing an actual image."

From mouse - If the only time you get a malware warning is on the Hill while using your Chrome browser .. here are the instructions for disabling the phishing and malware detection settings:

Depending on your browsing habits and where you travel on the internet .. please be careful about changing the phishing and malware detection settings.
