What the heck are those yellow "DIGG" things on the Blogs?
If you've read the Blogs section of this site then you've seen this:

Digg is a sharing site where you can share your own NotOverTheHill blog with the entire world. And when I say 'entire world' I mean it. I'm not given to hyperbole, you know :)
Anyway, Digg is a Web site that allows you to share anything with tens of millions of users. Digg is not new, it's been around for a decade and it's one of the top 200 sites on the Web.
If you don't have a Digg account you can get one free by going to www.digg.com and signing up. And, if you write blogs or read blogs, you should sign up because it's a great way to get your blogs or blogs you like seen by millions of people.
If you're not a Digg member and you click the DIGG button on any blog on the Hill, you'll be whisked to Digg's site where you can sign up and then post the info about your blog or blog you like on the Digg site. Once it's on the Digg site then the Blog will be listed there..but linked to the Hill.
So it's good for you and it's good for us. It helps promote your blogs and helps us by promoting the Hill. After all what's good for you is good for us and so forth. It's call a symbiotic relationship. You can look that up :)
Next time you write a blog or see a blog on the Hill - Click the Digg button next to the title and Digg it. You'll be helping yourself and us by having your blog and the blogs you found interesting listed at Digg.com. And every time blog is "Digged" (yes, grammarians, that is correct) a little number will show in the button - like 1, 2, 3, 4...172 - which shows the number of times a blog was "Digged".
So, what are you waiting for?
Digg it, Baby!
