I'm always reading something. My selections range from romance and mystery to sci-fi and fantasy. Oh, I can't forget the textbooks! Some of my favorite authors include Nora Roberts, Glen Cook, Tami Hoag, Catherine Coulter, J.A. Jance, Debbie Macomber, Jim Butcher, Mercedes Lackey, Susan Wiggs, and J.K. Rowling.

I also have an assorted collection of cookbooks, self-help guides, relationship books, and books on the psychic realm.

My favorite color depends on my mood. Most of the time, I like purple or lavendar, a beautiful color but one of the few I can actually wear! Colors that can be found in my wardrobe include black, red, and browns with a lot of other earth tones mixed in.

I enjoy a good, tender pork roast with carrots, potatoes, and biscuits au jus. I also like a good meatloaf with a side dish of scalloped potatoes or potatoes au grautin. Oh, yes, comfort foods! That's my favorite kind of food!

Alas, I'm not a big beef eater, not even a little one! I eat a lot of chicken, ground turkey, and pork. Of course, not much beats a good hamburger!

I love to bake cakes, cookies, muffins and breads, but my favorite is brownies.

I told my mom I want a horizontal breadmaker for my birthday, but she said I'd have to wait until Christmas! I look forward to making cinnamon raisn bread and jalapeno cheese bread again.
